What You Need to Know
- Who can join: Any SIS student in Grades 9-12
- Experience: No prior volleyball experience required
- Commitment: Two practices per week (Tue + Thu, 15:30-17:00)
- Equipment: Wear sports clothes and indoor trainers. The school provides balls and nets.
- Tryouts: Open practice sessions at the start of each term. Just show up!
Frequently Asked Questions
Not at all. We welcome players of all levels. Our coaches will help you learn the fundamentals and you will improve quickly with regular practice.
We hold open practice sessions during the first two weeks of each term. There is no formal tryout - just come to practice, give your best effort, and talk to the coach.
Life happens! Let the coach know in advance if you cannot make it. We only ask that you attend regularly and communicate. Academics always come first.
There is no fee to join the team. Tournament travel costs (bus transport) are covered by the school's athletics budget. You may need to bring your own water bottle and snacks.
