Our Story
A Family Tradition
Piekarnia Nadmorska was founded in 2003 by Marek and Ewa Kowalski on ul. Staromiejska in the Old Town district of Szczecin. What started as a small bread shop has grown into one of the neighbourhood's most loved bakeries.
Our philosophy is simple: use the best ingredients, follow traditional recipes, and bake everything fresh every day. We source our flour from a local mill in Stargard and our eggs from free-range farms in the Zachodniopomorskie region.
Over the years, we have become a gathering place for the community. Regulars stop by before work for a warm loaf of sourdough. Families come on Saturday mornings for paczki and coffee. We would not have it any other way.

"The best bakery in Szczecin's Old Town. Their sourdough is incredible and the paczki taste like my babcia used to make."
